a constantly evolving work

`Do we pray enough` is a dance-theatre performance that dives into questions of coexistence in our contemporary society.

It is a constantly evolving work.

In fall 2025, in collaboration with visual artist Pia Skoberg (Sweden/Danmark),  the dialogue and encounter with the reed, as organic, sounding and sculptural material of the piece, will be deepened.

At the heart of the work is prayer: what does it mean when not synonymous with a religious matter?

Could it be that in the unstable and over technologized state of our world the essence is, to connect to more timeless qualities and concerns of our existence on earth?
